You are bidding on a Brand New Sealed copy of Mario Kart 64 for the Nintendo 64. This copy was purchased by me almost 25 years ago around the time N64 inventory was making its way out of retail shops for Xbox, Playstation 2, and Gamecube games. This game has been kept in a humidity controlled environment nearly the whole time since I first purchased it. In addition, I’ve kept the game protected with bubble wrap.
This version is Made in Japan, Box Printed in the US. There are a few dings on the box and a few pen-size holes in the plastic. It also seems like there's a slight dent on the cover towards the bottom. There is also a small plastic rip on the side with Toad. The same side also has a mark from where the box appeared to be squashed at some point. I've tried my best to capture via photos, but I'm only limited to 10 photos, so please assume other dings, scuffs, etc. may be present.
(2024年 12月 14日 9時 12分 追加) Researching the reason for the tiny holes in the plastic, I found a thread asking about the reason as I too was curious.https://www.reddit.com/r/gamecollecting/comments/vrckni/wondering_what_causes_these_tiny_holes_in_the/Apparently, they are normal vent holes on authentic games and thus not a reason for lowering the grade of this copy.
