1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AISocial ("the Service"), operated by AISocial ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AISocial is a content-payment platform that enables users to send monetary tips to content creators across multiple social media platforms. Tips are tied to specific content URLs and processed through our payment infrastructure. We charge a 15% platform fee on each tip.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Tipping and Payments

Loading funds: You may load funds into your AISocial balance using supported payment methods. Loaded funds are held in your account balance until used for tips.

Sending tips: Tips must be associated with a valid content URL on a supported platform. Each tip is subject to a 15% platform fee. The minimum tip is $0.25 and the maximum is $100.00 per transaction.

Creator payouts: Creators who claim their profiles can withdraw accumulated tips through our payment processor. Unclaimed funds are held for a period of 12 months, after which they may be forfeited per our unclaimed funds policy.

No refunds: Tips are non-refundable once processed. Loaded funds that have not been used for tips may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for money laundering or fraud
  • Tip yourself using multiple accounts
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content URLs
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AISocial You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to display usernames, profile information, and tip activity as part of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated for cause.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
